Chess Summer Classes & Camps
For Summer 2023, we're thrilled to offer online chess classes and camps! Classes: One 50 minute session of instruction each week over 8 weeks. Classes offered for intermediate and advanced players from 3:00 to 3:50 on any weekday from Monday through Thursday. Includes access to our online Saturday night tournaments. For more details, click on the register button under "Online Summer Classes" to the right. Camps: Meeting for 2 hours each day for a week, each week will have a different focus - from the study of the greatest games of history, to optimizing your tournament skills, to exploring the world of tactics - every camp will be unique. Students will engage in active discussion during each day, under the guidance and direction of our best coaches; students will also compete in in-class tournaments with their fellow students each day, applying the lesson they’ve learned to the game they play. We will use zoom for instruction and chesskid.com for tournaments and in class competitions.
